Premier DIY Draught Excluders
DIY draught proofing kits can be used by anyone from qualified tradesmen to DIY enthusiasts.
Each kit comes with all the essentials that you will need in order to draught proof your windows and stop them rattling therefore increasing the energy efficiency of your home.
All the materials supplied in the kit are the same as we use.
However, to fit them effectively, will require a good knowledge of woodworking skills and an understanding of safe working practices.
One kit per window 1 Kit includes*:
- Staff bead (pre-loaded with weather pile) 2.2m X 2 / 1.2m X 2
- Parting bead (pre-loaded with weather pile) 2.2m X 2
- Sash cord 8m
- Pile carrier with pile 2.2m X 1
- 40mm panel pins 1 pack
- 25mm annular ring shanks 1 pack
- Decorators caulk 1 tube
- Brass Brighton fastener X 1
- Brass sash lifts X 2
- Brass sash pulls X 2
*In addition to the kits, each order will also include (at no extra cost):
- 8mm straight router cutter X1
- 'mouse' X1
- Latex gloves X 1 pair
- Fitting manual X 1
